At Smoothy Games Store, we are committed to delivering your Pokémon TCG products promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding shipping options, delivery times, and important terms.

Order Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-demand periods such as holidays or product launches, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide to all locations reachable by Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are 1-3 business days, depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

If your country is not listed, please contact us, and we will do our best to arrange shipping to your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Final shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on current Australia Post rates.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking to ensure transparency and peace of mind. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: Smoothy Games Store is not responsible for packages lost in transit. However, we will assist customers in filing claims with Australia Post where possible.

  • Stolen Packages: Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. If tracking shows a package as delivered but it has not been received, please contact Australia Post to lodge a claim.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement where applicable (Please see Terms and conditions).

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. Smoothy Games Store is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Smoothy Games Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be required to pay additional shipping fees to have the order resent.

Service Interruptions & Delays

Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as postal service disruptions or extreme weather may delay deliveries. In such cases, we will keep customers informed and provide updates on estimated delivery times.
